I'm waiting for summer to begin.  I've got the *heat* on again.  The HEAT in 
freaking JUNE!

0.9.2cvs

You can change it to 0.9.5 or whatever at release time, but the plan was to ++ 
the version and tack a CVS on the end after a release.  The numerical 
continuity at the switch from CVS to RC isn't as important as being really 
distinctive and obvious about what's descended from what, and if you go to 
0.9.1cvs is that before or after the release?  If I didn't already know, I 
would assume before.
