You're welcome to keep doing so if you prefer, but then we'll just have to say
"ok to commit" rather than saving the attachment, applying the patch,
committing. Much more efficient this way.

Don't know for sure. There appears to be a "cvs_acls" script on sforge but
it's too much of a hassle, and the point is so that you can commit your own
patches anyway.
