Don't know about nongnu.org, but KDE's anon-cvs yields a fair share of
complains as well. SForge recently announced they were beefing up regular cvs
and it shows. My updates are a whole lot faster now, it feels like I'm using
a local repository. Only the ssh connection takes time. But most of all I'm
not at all sure we want to go through the hassle of migrating our cvs tree
because of seemingly transient problems. Let's be honest, sforge works well
enough 99% of the time.
