You're using the Keramik theme, I presume? There's nothing we can do about user preferences. Those widgets are QButtons (probably) and it's up to KDE to decide how to draw them. I definitely agree with the design decision to use buttons for these, but it's a pity that some widget sets have such bad buttons. I use Keramik too, because it's cool looking, and I'm willing to sacrifice function for the sake of form in this case, but its buttons completely suck. I can't tell when the buttons on the transport are depressed either. To prove it to yourself, try using the "light marble" or "hicolor default" themes and have another look. The buttons are considerably more obvious. Maybe the maintainer of the Keramik theme would accept a patch? I've been meaning to look at that myself, but there's so much to download, and so much to compile, and perhaps it has already been fixed in CVS anyway. -- Michael McIntyre ---- Silvan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Linux fanatic, and certified Geek; registered Linux user #243621 Confirmed post number: 16355 Approximate word count: 4906500 http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/5407/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Parasoft Error proof Web apps, automate testing & more.
