Control Rulers can now edit controller events. You can't insert new ones yet,
and for some reason undo/redo doesn't seem to work (while it still does on
velocity rulers, don't know why).
Unless there's a popular outcry against this, I'd like to leave control rulers
aside for a while and get back to the 'experimental' mmap-based branch a
little. That's purely a "I feel like working on this"-based decision, but I
really need a break from colored rectangles.
