We used to have annoying horizontal scrolling problems
(https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=104932&aid=728121&group_id=4932)

This was because, for layout purposes, the horizontal scrollbar on the various
views (segment canvas, edition views) was not the one of the inner
QCanvasView (because we wanted that scrollbar to be below the bottom rulers).
So we were handling our own hscrollbar, and maintaining its range whenever
the canvas would be resized. This wasn't fullproof, and has brought many
buglets.

So I wanted to fix it once and for all, and came up with a totally different
solution than the one we had. We now use the View's own hscrollbar (as we
should), and do a bit of margins and geometry setting to get it to be below
the bottom rulers. According to Qt docs that's really how it should be done.

One thing though, again because of apparently out-of-line dependencies, you'd
better do a 'make clean' in gui once you've updated.
