Also on both of my machines at home, the horizontal scrollbars (on all views) are given too little vertical space. The top couple of pixel rows of the scrollbars are missing, meaning that the top shadow is absent and the scrollbar merges seamlessly into the ruler above it. These machines are using different versions of Qt and different styles: one has the .NET style, the other the Light R3 style. I don't remember seeing this on the machine at work, which I think has Keramik. Maybe that's just because Keramik's scrollbars have thicker shadowed borders?
