No, I read that and wasn't able to figure if you wanted to stick the Tracks
popup menu in an EditView or have a dynamic popup somewhere (where precisely
? as a RMB menu ?) in the Control Rulers.

I can take a look at the popup issue, but won't have the time to implement the
whole feature.
