That's probably because we've changed how they appear on the instrument parameter box. You can now configure if and where your controllers appear in the Studio->Manage Controllers... dialog. However these controls aren't per Instrument (i.e. per device) so they should appear for any MIDI devices that are connected - if that's not the case then there's a bug.
