It's an rg file that I last saved before the new CVS (sourceforge
anonymous) version. I just created a new RG file, and they're there,
along with the entries in the Studio->Manage Controllers dialog, which
aren't there for the older file.

Two other things with the old file:

1) I added a controller for volumne, copying the controller id (7) from
a new file. I had to close the file and open it again before it showed
up on the Instrument Parameters panel. It does show up on all the midi
tracks though.

2) When I do Studio->Manage Controllers, and edit the new controller,
there is only one color available in the drop-down. It's called default,
and it's olive-green. But the knob shows up as light grey.

bye
John
