Not that I know of.  I can't read minds, but I don't know of anything else 
specifically.  I know about these because they used to be there, and Chris 
removed them in the interest of a short-term layout compaction (and removing 
useless widgets), getting things cleaned up before 1.0.

Hrm.  I see what you mean (looking at the one currently in Debian) but I think 
icons would produce a similar result.  It's hard to argue with plain text 
spelled all the way out in terms of clarity.

Or come up with some ripping good pixmaps that say "bank" "program" and 
"variation" using only 16 square pixels, and spanning all language 
barriers.  :)
