You could send it to one of the developers (such as me), or you could send a compressed version or a link to a copy on the web to this list, or you could open a RFE on the SourceForge tracker for Rosegarden and include the translation as an attachment. We can also give developer CVS access to translators who make regular updates. For now, I suggest you just send it to me off-list and I'll commit it.
