This happened to be an excellent suggestion. I can generate postscript files 
with any RG version, but not all of them are usable. Files generated with a 
"broken" version of RG (having the decimal-point bug) are unusable by 
ghostscript (throws an error) or ghostview or Kghostview. With the same test 
score, I've generated and compared two of them.

test1.ps is broken, test2.ps is good. It is the decimal-point is comma bug.
