It's seems to me that we are actually discussing levels of verbosity.
Would it be a good idea to introduce 3 levels of assistance's
verbosity?

1. No hints at all.
2. Basic hints.
3. Thorough explanation.

This would fit the novice-profy scheme in a nice way. But it would
also require providing long hints where RG doesn't have them and short
ones, where RG has long ones.
