This should be fixed in CVS now. I've also reworked the key mappings code, so that you now set key mappings for the individual programs in the bank editor instead of trying to set program or channel properties for the key mapping (as we discussed). Instruments marked as percussion will always get the first available key mapping if none is assigned for any particular instrument (to accommodate GM). No changes to saved files or .rgd files should be necessary except to add the key mapping for a particular program. This was done in a great hurry; please test.
