Thanks for trying, but woudln't have it been simpler to redirect the output of 
the build process to a file, like this :

make > trace 2>&1

?

And also, you missed the link command itself. These errors don't tell much 
except that there's a problem with your environment.

Well there's still obviously a problem. BTW, are you sure that Qt, KDE and 
Rosegarden have all been compiled with the same version of the same 
compiler ?
