Since we never do point releases, we should wait for the Spanish docbook.  
It's only a couple three days away, theoretically.

Speaking of which...  Translations!  We need to wait for everyone to update 
their translations.  We need to sort that out and get everybody going.

There are probably bugs to fix, such as the event filter thing Vlada just 
reported.  That sort of thing should get shaken out in a proper pre-release 
run-up if we can get some actual *testing*.  I don't think it would do to 
just make the final release today and run.
