I've just committed yet another fix for the seg canvas which fixes the trails 
left by the selection rectangle when scrolling. When 
checkScrollAndRefreshDrawBuffer() notices a scroll it blits the whole segment 
draw buffer, and now we use that info to blit the whole artifact buffer in 
that case as well.

I guess we can now consider again a release, find another glaring 
show-stopper, postpone the release, etc... :-)

I was hoping we could get 1.1 out before the end of the year but that looks 
unlikely.
