Yes, but this one has been fixed now. Please test.

The bug was in the component "FindPkgConfig.cmake", which is included in our 
cmake_admin directory, and also in CMake CVS now, so I've filed a bug report 
and sent them a patch: 
http://public.kitware.com/Bug/bug.php?op=show&bugid=4148

About the package FFTW3F, I've marked it as REQUIRED in CMakeLists.txt, so the 
configuration aborts when it is not found. We can make it optional later, if 
possible.
