Does this mean that more recent versions of convert-ly are unable to convert from Lilypond 2.2 or 2.4 files? If they can still do it, then rosegarden-lilypondview should continue to support it if it can. I don't mind restricting the range of versions we support in export from Rosegarden, but rosegarden-lilypondview should be able to view files exported by older versions of Rosegarden and using older versions of Lilypond as well. It's a general Lilypond viewing program -- running it automatically from the Rosegarden preview menu function is only one way to run it.
