The handbook goes to
/usr/share/doc/HTML
but Ubuntu (and I recall Debian also) puts these in
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/
I can't decipher the build system far enough to begin to put in some kind of
check and response for this.
We may never have fixed this. Maybe I had a symlink. I don't remember. I
don't RTFM very often on Rosegarden (or anything else, since most KDE
applications have manuals that are woefully out of date and incomplete.)
