I'm done entering the chords I had from a guitar book I have. There are
probably plenty of mistakes in it, so some reviewing is welcome. Two things
are also needed :

- adding more chords :-) See here http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/ . Many
fairly important ones are missing, like the sus2 or mmaj7, or the altered
bass ones for all roots other than C (and conversely, some of the C ones
could probably be removed or folded back into the non-altered ones as they
are more confusing than anything else).

To do this, either edit your rosegarden/data/chords/chords.xml file, or add
new ones from the chord selector dialog, and send me the resulting
~/.kde/share/apps/rosegarden/chords/user_chords.xml.

- agreeing on the extension wording : the book I used uses + and - signs for
augmented/sharp and flat, rather than # and b. C7+5 is C7 with augmented
fifth, I'd be more inclined to write it as C7#5. Likewise, C6/9 is C6 with
added ninth, more like C6add9 to me (like all-guitar-chords.com). What do
guitar players here think ?
