Right, but Rosegarden only has one "group type" property.  A note may be 
either beamed or tupleted, but not both.  So it's necessary to assume that 
tupleting always implies beaming if the notes are short enough, as there is 
no other way to indicate whether a tuplet group should be beamed or not.

Rosegarden is, in theory, supposed to completely ignore beaming properties on 
single notes (or at least, single chords).
