Short answer is you can't do this at this time.  It sounds like you may not 
realize you can open a notation view that shows multiple staffs though.

I don't really quite get what you have in mind, but I submit that along the 
lines of seeing notes and audio wave forms in the same place, it might be 
more practical to wish for a way to display audio segments in a notation 
view.  That sounds a lot more plausible.  (Though I'm not stepping up to go 
implement it!)
