If you can come up with specific examples of where you don't think Rosegarden is doing the right thing, we can discuss it, and see what happens. In the past, sometimes I've come around to the Rosegarden Way(tm) after finally understanding how it was all supposed to work, and other times, I've brought about changes to the Rosegarden Way(tm) to make it less stupid. I have a niggling gut feeling that controllers are somehow screwy, but I don't do enough with them to be able to put my finger on how what we do runs counter to what I would expect us to do. -- D.
