I added it, yes (it's a somewhat standard-ish cmake thing).

it adds a 'make test' which performs some 'unit tests' (i.e., pieces of
code that check that the library still behaves the way we expected it to,
in order to catch some regressions). Mainly good for logic checks of course,
not gui changes.
