I meant to ask Heikki if the lilypond exporter includes the english.ly or indeed does it put in the proper *.ly file depending on the locale, or does it use the standard settings? I ask because it will make a difference to the documentation of the chordnames as to whether people will use cs/cf or cis/ces. If the exporter uses the standard settings, I will have to document the meanings of the standard sharps and flats notations as that will be unexpected for most people.
