I have no idea what the official position is, but my results are about the same as the last time I tried. qt4-makefile gets to something like 95% now (using the x .o files out of y source files metric) while the CMake build system is in the same place now it has been since right after it first started working. It craps out at 30% consistently. Well, OK, after a distclean and a second go, it makes it to 57%. Follow-on builds randomly vary between 30% and 31%. I've made no recent effort to figure out where the exact roadblock is, since the last time I tried, I was pretty much ready to walk away and never look back. -- D.
