OK, I called it. We'll continue toward the light in the same direction we
started off in, and go for broke.

Step forward/back are going to the Transport (but not the global floating one)
as Jani suggested.

Cursor to beginning/end, and forward/back bar were already cross-wired to
parallel transport actions. Redundant and deleted.

The big question mark actions are going from "Local Cursor" to "Navigation"
and have yet to actually be implemented in any way. They may or may not be on
a toolbar, or something else, as I work in that direction.

Resolve conflicting meanings of Shift+Up and Shift+Down.

Sort all of this out in the notation editor, then the whole chunk should apply
in the matrix as well.

Resolve these staff up/down big purple cursor questions a bit later. Let's
just see how far it can get toward being usable and sensible without any new
work, and do the smallest amount of new work practical.

(Save expand/collapse staffs for after Thorn, but let's not lose that idea. I
really like it.)

Work commencing in trunk/, ahead full stop, except of course that I'm way past
when I should have already quit for today.
