And "808" comes from the Roland TR-808, yes.

How about:

"No tracks are enabled for recording" and (another string you also have to 
translate, "Arm or Un-arm Track for Record") "Enable or disable track for 
recording"

Or instead of "enable" and "disable" maybe try "activate" and "deactivate" or 
some other pair that makes sense in Japanese, and isn't too complicated to 
say.

These fingering marks are for piano players and stringed instrument players.  
They mean different things to different instruments.

Once you translate "Add fingering" for everything else, just put + in.

"Add fingering"  "0"
"Add fingering"  "1"
"Add fingering"  "+"

You can probably translate "Add fingering" the same for all of these, and just 
pass the 0 1 + straight through, because that is what is going to show up on 
the note when you use this function.

Try "Use finger" for a translation if nothing else comes to your mind.  Or 
even just "Finger" would probably work.
