Minor correction: This needs to be /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/rosegarden.png which is correct in your standard installation. The mimetytpe icons are installed in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/16x16/mimetypes/ /usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/mimetypes/ etc which is also correct. The names of these icon files are defined by the mimetype definitions in /usr/share/mime/packages/rosegarden.xml When the exact dimension of an apps icon or mimetypes icon is different than what your DE uses, your DE should resize the closest one automatically.
