I just confirmed that RG Classic does have a Lilypond "merge tracks with same
name" feature.
And, no I did not see an equivalent in the current versions Lilypond dialog box.
Hmmm....
I imagine the code that does the merging could be brought over pretty easily,
but I'm plum out of time for that. Any one else interested (note the cross
posting onto the dev-list).
Sorry about that.
As a work around you could move all of the segments onto one track before
exporting. I'm certain the feature in Classic was around long before we
handled overlaying segments in a "fairly" decent fashion.
This may give you the desired results on your output.
