That's exactly what I was going to request.  There's no reason for a data file 
to be missing unless a user puts it there by hand.  Even if it's something 
users are expected to tweak right away, it's best to put a default there.

As far as the message box not being readable, I'm sure it's more stylesheet 
related garbage, and I'll just have to take a look and figure it out.
