The extra blank measure should be gone now. But I realized I totally forgot time signature changes which may break the repetitions.
Also tempo changes was exported in LilyPond score. This, I presume, was intended for generating midi from LilyPond score and is probably broken now. Some fix and rewrite are needed, but I have no more time to work on that exporter before the 11/11. It will be for the next release...
