Just committed. Two fixes, actually:
* (r13136) As described, ControlRulerWidget::setSegments now accepts
synth so pitchbend ruler is available to synth.
* (r13137) Another bugfix, which used to crash: We used to sometimes
re-add the same ControlItem to a selection. This could happen if the
user used shift-left-button to add to a selection but added some of the
same events. If user then deleted the selection, we deleted the same
event twice and crashed.
Fixed by checking for re-adding the same ControlItem.
* And suppressed some compilation warnings in ControlRuler.cpp
