Title style caps is the norm for Rosegarden. This is one of those
things that annoys me, but I have so little time. We have the opposite
problem in Spanish, where some proportion of the strings are still in
English title style, which is totally inappropriate for that language.
Redoing strings just to faff about with capitalization is tedious and
it's almost impossible to catch everything in one pass, while being
equally almost impossible to automate with a script, due to the many
exceptions.

Sigh.

Oh well, I'll either get arsed to fix it or I won't, and I don't expect
anyone else to bother either way. You can all help an anal retentive
brother out by using title style for menu entries in the future though.
I suppose it warrants some mention in the coding standards stuff, and
I suppose it's complicated enough I can't expect following the usual
style to be obvious to anyone, so I should invest some time writing out
what style to use for what. Configuration page entries don't have the
same requirement, for example, and there are probably other exceptions.

If You Ask Me It's a Stupid Practice Anyway. I Hate it When I See
People Writing Like This Normally. It Just "screams" spammy ad copy.
Especially when you "put" random words in "quotes" too.
