Wherever there's an "Open in Notation" and the like, there should be an "Open in Pitch Tracker" too. There's a top level menu entry somewhere, a toolbar icon, and a shortcut, as well as the context menu. If you're not seeing any of that, then I'd start by clearing out the userland configuration and data files, and starting fresh. If it still doesn't show up after that, I'd suspect some build-related problem. Maybe this stuff only builds if you have libfoo installed or something. If it's not there and userland cruft is not the culprit, then we need to figure out what the real culprit is. This stuff is definitely there for me, and I haven't gone out of my way to make it so. -- D.
