Well, the pitch tracker isn't doing what I thought it was for -- I
thought it was something to be used for composing microtonal music
directly in the score or piano roll, but the documentation I found
seems to imply something else. *shrug*

I ended up using pitch bending directly and found the pitch bend ruler
to be next to useless! It keeps randomly moving events around and
using the 'insert pitch bend sequence' never inserted events in the
right place. Since I am qunatizing at 32 notes, it may be the ruler is
getting confused, seems to work better on larger note durations. I've
ended up having to manually insert pitch bend events into the event
editor. Luckily, they are specific values for half-sharp, half-flat,
etc.
