One thing I have tested and that, unfortunatelly, still doesn't work is
the ' sfizz LV2 plugin (SFZ soft synts).

LV2 is still beta, I know, but thought I'd flag it because with the
absence of decent SF2 support (there is the Calf Fluid plug in but the
state of calf plugins is very uncertain, unfortunately) and sfz seems to
have some nice synths.
