Surely the difficulty isn't in the algo. implementation, but in collecting the data on which to base the router. A week or two back someone offered (either on this list or on dev) to donate the GPS logs of the haulage (?) company they work for - sounded like hundreds of thousands of points a day all over Europe which sounded like a very promising candidate for building up the requisite data. Has anyone taken him up on it?
