Sorry, but before you give such advice, you should have looked at that
relation in an editor ...
It is a simple "way-split-failed-and-afterwards-crossing-changed" problem
- three of the from ways (all are lineal) are "far away" and have no
connection with the via point anymore
- the via point has no connection to the to way anymore (there is an
opposite oneway between now)
- the (assumed) correct via point has wandered off lineal along another
way , so that will result in a new from way
The whole relation has to be reworked and corrected - and will result in
a simple relation then.
I have no local knowledge of the place and will not touch it therefor.
