Have you followed the instructions, for Windows - Ethernet Bridging, at http://www.marutan.net/rpcemu/manual/net-win.html ? As you're using XP, the additional configuration for W7/Vista is presumably irrelevant, but note that 'RPCEmu Configuration' is hiding, after that section, at the bottom of the page. Note also the caveats concerning the firewall, and that the bridge interface configurarion may not survive re-booting.
