AC:
- add a SHA3 digest to the RPMTAG_PAYLOADDIGEST and -ALT arrays as the second
element
- change RPMTAG_PAYLOADDIGESTALGO to i[] (this is not a type change for
integers so its not incompatible)
- add the SHA3 identifier to RPMTAG_PAYLOADDIGESTALGO as the second element
- update the tag documentation to match the reality: PAYLOADDIGEST and -ALT are
arrays with hardcoded algorithms: SHA256 and SHA3_256 (at this point),
PAYLOADDIGESTALGO is for reference
- implementing rpmvs-side verification can be left to another ticket (this is
about getting the file format complete for beta, verification can wait)
