two questions

Hello guys.
Two problems i have for building a tomcat rpm :
- when toplevel package is defined as noarch, how to revert this tag to
default for subpackages ?
- is it possible to use a a variable in %attr macros in file section ? i
tried %attr(-,$APACHEUSER,$APACHEGROUP), but it doesn't work.
