I haven't followed all the discussions. What I am missing is the
definition of an endpoint identifier. Is it the name of a device
attached at a certain location, i.e. an ephemeral identifier for that
box (not interface) because it can be replaced by others and so that
name is not permanent? That's just a guess and an extrapolation from its
use in LISP according to my understanding. But it's not given in the text.
Apart from that, the definitions seem clear to me.
