I am not sure if your comment above was in response to mine - if so,
let me clarify:
- I do think getting clear and agreed upon terminology is important.
- I personally do not think the polled definition of locator is
clear. However, there seems to be some agreement of others that it is
clear enough.
- I do *not* think it is useful to argue whether (clearly defined
thing A) vs (clearly defined thing B) should be called a "locator".
