Robin,

When the discussion of the design goals slowed, we judged that to indicate rough consensus.

(no hat) consensus should be explicitly solicited, rather than implicitly assumed.

BTW folks I'm having problems access the RRG WIKI page (when I tried to login, got database error), will try again later to get the current proposal candidates added there.

                IPv4 and IPv6 - perhaps with reference to this list
