I supported his critique and tried to explain it in a way which complements his explanation. Steve disagreed with me, but I can't see how he disproved the critique. Fred Templin and Eric Fleischman seem to agree with the critique. You have recommended ILNP, including its proposed Mobility aspect, be developed by the IETF as the solution to the routing and addressing scaling problem. You haven't written anything which seems to counter my critique.
