I *fully* agree with the desire. However: - Nothing (other than leadership the WG chairs) can stop that temptation as soon as the WG sees the final doc. - Some people will want to see the final doc earlier so they can see the additions and changes in context. - The WG still needs to decide whether to grapple with Sections 6 and 7, which have actively rambled on this list.
