I compiled it myself with cygwin. But I did download rsync 2.4.6
from rsync.samba.org not the cygwin version (btw thats old), don't
forget to run configure before make.
Download rsync 2.4.6 or 2.3.2 from rsync.samba.org and don't use
ssh or rsh use rsync in daemon mode.
